Chief Accounts Officer
Educational and other qualifications :
Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant OR Intermediate CA or ICWA with 5 years experience in accounting; OR Pass in SAS Examination with 7 years experience OR B.Com. with Accountancy as main subject with 10 years experience in the Accounts Department of Government or Semi-Government Organizations including Public Sector Undertakings.

M.Sc. in Statistics/Applied Statistics, with 3 years experience in the
statistical analysis/statistical data processing in any State/Central
Government Organization or Autonomous Bodies/Public Enterprises/Private
Industry.
Desirable :
1. Ph.D in Statistics/Applied Statistics
2. Having Economics as a subsidiary or main subject at the degree level
Upper age limit as on 01.09.2012: : 32 Years
1) Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings should send their applications “Through Proper Channel”. However, advance copy of the application can be sent directly. Applications received through proper channel after the last date will not considered.
2) Age can be relaxed by 10 years in the case of existing employees of MPEDA/RGCA/NETFISH/NaCSA applying for the post provided they have the required educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruitment.
3) The upper age limit for SC/ST OBC candidates is relaxable by 5 years and 3 years respectively.
4) Application fee of `.250/- (non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Secretary, MPEDA”, payable at Kochi should be sent along with the application. No application fee is required in the case of SC/ST candidates and employees of MPEDA and its Societies.
5) Experience in the requisite discipline/field mentioned above only will be considered.
How to apply:
1.Application in the prescribed pro-forma should reach “The Secretary, The Marine Products Export Development Authority, MPEDA House, Panampilly Avenue, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi-682 036” on or before 31st October, 2012.
2.The cover enclosing the application should be superscribed “Application for the post of ……………………………………………………………...”
3.Applications for the posts will be considered only subject to the general conditions indicated above.
