All India Institute of Medical Sciences Invites Applications For The Post Of Assistant Professor / Lecturer

Online applications on prescribed form in PDF Format are invited by the Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi from the Indian citizens for the following temporary faculty posts:

Post:

Assistant Professor of Hospital Administration

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

i) A medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (candidates possessing the qualifications included in Part-II of the third Scheduled should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act).

ii) A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

OR

Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from a recognized Institution/University or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

iii) Three years teaching and/or research experience in Hospital Administration in a recognized Institution after obtaining the qualifying postgraduate degree of MD/MS/MHA or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Lecturer in Nursing

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

i) Masters’ Degree in Nursing from a recognized Institution/ University.

ii) Registered Nurse Midwife

iii) Five years experience with a minimum of two years teaching experience in Nursing

Upper Age Limit: 50 (Fifty) years. However, relaxable for Government Servants, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or otherwise exceptionally qualified applicants up-to 5 years and 3 years in the case of Other Backward Classes candidates. Upper age limit will be taken as on closing date of submission of application.

Application fee: Rs. 500/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST candidates) through SBI Bank Challan/ Debit Card/Credit Card. The application fee once remitted shall not be refunded.

  Last date for on line submission of application: 23.11.2012 by 5.00 P.M.

  The effective date up-to which the requisite experience must be completed will be 30.06.2013.

  The candidate can submit applications online through internet only. Applications submitted/sent through postal services or otherwise shall not be entertained / accepted. The candidates must read the instructions, help manual and other details carefully before applying and follow the instructions given.
