CSIO - Project asst(BE/Btech ME/MTech Msc

Candidates who fulfill the below mentioned age, educational qualifications and experience etc. may step in for WALK-IN-INTERVIEW at Auditorium, CSIR-CSIO, Sector-30-C, Chandigarh as per the following Schedule. Engagement will be purely on temporary basis which is co-terminus with the completion of the project.


Date of Walk in Interview : 08th December, 2011
Reporting Time : 8.30 A.M.

Project Assistant (Level-II) (02):
1st Class B.E./ B. Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent. OR Higher
Desirable: Work experience in MATLAB OR Lab. VIEW, Image Processing, Soft Computing Techniques

Project Assistant (Level-I) (01)
1stClass Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or equivalent.
Desirable: Work experience in Hardware, Testing and Interfacing

Project Assistant(Level-II) (01)
1st Class M.Sc. (Tech.) / M.Sc. (Physics) or equivalent.
Desirable: Knowledge of Engineering Physics

Project Assistant (Level-III) (01)
1st Class M.Tech. in Microelectronics / Instrumentation / Material Science or equivalent OR M.Sc. Physics / Electronic Science/Applied Physics with two years experience in Thin Film Processing Technology.

Project Associate-I (01)
M.Tech. / M.E. (Electronics Communication Engineering / Optoelectronics) plus two years Academic and research experience in fiber optics, components and sensors OR
Ph.D. in Opto Electronics/Fiber Optics/Optical waveguides and related disciplines

Project Assistant Level -II (01)
1st Class M.Sc. Physics of its equivalent

Eligible candidates may appear along with downloaded application form from our website www.csio.res.in duly filled up for Walk-in-interview on the above mentioned dates between 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM. Candidates will not be entertained after 9.30 AM under any circumstance in the Auditorium of the Laboratory. The candidates are advised to fill up downloaded form giving the full details inclusive of marks starting from Secondary School Examination onwards alongwith latest passport size photograph, original and attested copies of all certificates/testimonials. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH must bring attested copies of their caste certificates. Interim inquiry will not be entertained. Bringing in any influence whatsoever will be treated as a disqualification
