Applications in the prescribed format for engagement on contract for various posts in State Health Society (Delhi) and Integrated District Health Societies (IDHS) are invited by Delhi State Health Mission (DSHM). The engagement will be purely on contract basis for a period of 11 months or as per the policy of NRHM with details as mentioned below:-.




Anaesthetist
Qualification:
MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in the specialty. Registration with Delhi Medical Council.

Accounts Clerk/ Accounts Assistant
Qualification:
1. B.Com from a recognized university/institute.
2. Minimum 6 months of certificate course in Accounting package.
3. Typing speed of atleast 30 wpm.

Accounts Manager
Qualification:
1) Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com with Knowledge of computer.
2) At least 2 years experience in supervisory capacity and knowledge of Popular
accounting software package.

Administrative Assistant/ Establishment Clerk
Qualification:
Graduate from a recognized university/institute and Typing speed at least 30 WPM.
2. One year Computer Course .

Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
Qualification:
1. ANM course from a recognized Institute / University / Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Female)
2. Registered as ANM / Registered as Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) with Delhi Nursing Council .

BCC Officer
Qualification:
Graduate in Mass Communication with at least 2 Years experience in designing & executing campaigns in Health Sector.

IEC /BCC Consultant
Qualification:
Master in Journalism or Mass Communication or any similar qualification in the field of Mass Media from recognised reputed institution with three years experience in Social or Health Sector.

Computer Data Entry Operator
Qualification:
1. Sr. Secondary School (10+2).
2. One year 'O' level Computer Course and having a typing speed of 40 wpm in English.
3.One year experience as Computer Operator in a project or academic institute, or in a hospital, district or state level department of Education, Social Welfare, Nutrition.

Child Health Consultant
Qualification:
1. MD/DNB in Pediatrics/DCH from a recognised university and registered with Delhi Medical Council with working knowledge of Computers.
2. PG Degree or Diploma in Public Health.
3. Experience in working of child health projects in Public/ Private Sector.

Clerk (for ARSH Clinic)
Qualification:
1. Graduate from a recognized university/institute and Typing speed at least 30 WPM.
2. One year Computer Course .

Consultant- Health Management Information System
Qualification:
1) Master degree in Computer Science / MCA / B.Tech. in IT or Computer Sciences / M.S. (IT).
2) Five years of post qualification work experience in social sectors (health, primary education, rural development etc.) which directly involved development and management of computerized information systems for the organization / Institution .Details of any such IT projects / initiatives formulated and implemented successfully must be submitted with the application.

Cook (Female)
Qualification:
Must have passed 12th Class with atleast one year of experience as cook in a hospital / nursing home (registered with state or central govt)/ or in any reputed food chain / establishment / day care center under ICDS / Mid Day school program or in a university.

Data Manager (IDSP)
Qualification:
Post Graduate Qualification in Computer Science or BE in IT/ Electronics, with minimum 3 years experience.

Dresser
Qualification:
1. Matric/10th pass with 3 years expereince 2. Valid certificate in First Aid

Technician (Electrical & Intensive Care)
Qualification:
1.Holder of diploma in Electrical Trade after passing 12th Class
OR
1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized ITI
2. Atleast two years of experience of working in ICU /NICU /OT.

Epidemiologist
Qualification:
Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine / Public Health or Epidemiology (such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc)
OR
Any Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 3 years experience in Epidemiology / Public Health
OR
M.Sc. in Life Science with 2 years MPH (Master in Public Health) with three year experience
OR
M.Sc. (Epiemiology) with 2 years expereince in Public Health


Donation Counsellor
Qualification:
Graduate degree in Sociology, Social Work, Arts, Science from recogrnized university.

Gynaecologists
Qualification:
MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in the specialty. Registration with Delhi Medical Council.

Lab Assistant
Qualification:
1. Sr. Sec (10+2) with Science.
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques from a recognized Inst.
OR
1. Sr. Sec (10+2 ) with Science
2. Vocational Courses in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from recognized institute.

Lab Technician
Qualification:
B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology)
or
1. Matriculation / Higher Secondary / Sr. Secondary with Science
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from recognized institution
3. 3 Years Experience as a Lab Assistant

Law/Legal Consultant
Qualification:
1. Degree in Law from a recognised university.
2. Enrolment with Delhi Bar Council.
3. Two years experience in handling legal cases independently.

Leprosy Assistant
Qualification:
1) Graduate with working knowledge of computer
2) 2 years experience in leprosy or any other public health programme

Media Assistant
Qualification:
1) Graduate
2) Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication.
3) 2 Years experience of doing IEC related work, proficiency in Hindi, good communication skill

Maternal Health Consultant
Qualification:
1.MD/DNB in Obst & Gynaecology/ DGO from a recognised university and registered with Delhi Medical Council with working knowledge of Computers.
2. PG Degree or Diploma in Public Health.
3. Experience in working of maternal health projects in Public/ Private Sector.


Microbiologist
Qualification:
i) Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (preferably in Microbiology, Virology, Pathology and other lab sciences)
ii) Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in clinical laboratory sciences
iii) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology with one year experience in clinical laboratory services
Experience:
i) Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Medical Microbiology.
ii) Experience of working in public health systems, implementation of laboratory quality assurance systems, assessing and organizing training programs and proven ability for planning and undertaking operational research would be desirable.

MIS Asst. / Sr. Data Asst.
Qualification:
1) Graduate with one year post Graduation Diploma in Computer Applications / Advanced Diploma Computer Applications.
2) 3.5 years of relevant working expereience, including development and implementation of Health MIS.
3) Knowledge of Window based packages/ applications, experience in datab ase designing, excel sheet including macro, vlookup, hlook up & pivot table.

Medical Officers
Qualification:
1.MBBS .
2. Registration with Delhi Medical Council.

OT Assistant
Qualification:
(1) Matriculation/Hr.Sec./Sr.Sec. (10 plus 2) with Science from a recognised Institution / Board.
(2) Operation room Asstt. Course from a recognised institution.

OT Technician
Qualification:

Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistant (NPCB)
Qualification:
 Two years diploma course in Optometry or trained as a Ophthalmic assistant in any of the recognized Government Hospitals as per guidelines of NPCB

Pathologist
Qualification:
MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in the specialty. Registration with Delhi Medical Council.

Paediatrician
Qualification:
MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in the specialty. Registration with Delhi Medical Council.

Pharmacist
Qualification:
1. B. Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
2. Registered with Pharmacy council
or
(1) 10+2 with Science Stream (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognized board.
(2) Technical Qualification :Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from the Institute recognized by Pharmacy Council of India and Registered with Pharmacy council

Public Health Nurse
Qualification:
1. BSC in Nursing or Matriculate A grade Nurse with visitor Training or Matriculate A Grade Nurse with Training in public health from recognized institute.
2. Registration with Delhi Nursing Council

Equipment Procurement Consultant
Qualification:
Engineering Graduate. Preferably Post Graduate with atleast 5 years post qualification expereince in equipment procurement, management including installation, commissioning large-scale maintenance ntework of bio-medical equipment etc. Preferably in Govt. /Public Sector or Big Private reputed organization.

District Program Manager
Qualification:
MBA in Health Administration/ Hospital Administration.
OR
An MBBS graduate with three years experience in Public Health.
OR
MBBS Graduate with Post graduation-MHA/ MD (CHA)/MD (PSM)/ MPH/ DNB in Health & Hospital Administration.

Quality Assurance Consultant (MCH)
Qualification:
1 Postgraduate qualification in Public Health or MD (CHA)/ PSM/ DNB (Health & Hospital Administration)/ MHA/ MPH with two years experience of implementation of Quality Management System in public or private health programs or system or facilities for atleast three years.
OR
MD ( Paediatrics) or MD (Gynae) with two years postgraduation experience of working in Public Health Programs at the district / state / National level.

Consultant Quality Assurance (QAC)
Qualification:
1) Postgraduate qualification in Public Health or MD (CHA)/PSM/DNB (Health & Hospital Administration)/ MHA/ MPH with two years expereience of implementation of Quality Management System in public or private health programs or system or facilities for atleast three years.
OR
MD (Paediatrics)/ or MD (Gynae) with two years postgraduation experience of working in Public Health Programs at the District/ State/ National level.

Quality Assurance Consultant
Qualification:
Graduate in Science/ Pharmacy/ Bio technology. Preferably Post Graduate with at least 5 years post qualification expereince as quality assurance specialist for procurement unit engaged in procurement of drugs. Preferably in Govt./Public Sector or Big Private reputed organization.

Statistical Officer
Qualification:
1. Post Graduate Degree in Statitics orApplied Statistics of a recognised University or equivalent or Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Mathemathics or Commerce (with Statistics as one of the subjects or papers at degree level) of a recognised university or equivalent.
2. Three years expereince of Statistical work involving collection, compilation and interpretation of statistical data or planning work involving formulation, monitoring and evaluation of plan scheme in Health / Social / Development Sector .

Quality Assurance Manager
Qualification:
1. MBA (Health management or Hospital Management or Quality Management).
2. Five years of work experience with Quality Assurance / Quality Management systems/issues.

Staff Nurse
Qualification:
i) Matric pass from a recognized University / Board / School or equivalent.
(ii) A Grade certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution
(iii) Certificate in midwifery
(iv) Registered with Nursing Council as "A" Gr. Staff Nurse and Midwife.

Steno Cum Computer Asstt.
Qualification:
1. 12th Pass or equivalent under 10+2 system from a recognized board /university
2. Speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in type writing in English
3. Diploma in Computer Applications or equivalent qualifications from reputed institutions.

State Training Coordinator
Qualification:
MBA in health/hospital administration with three years experience in organizing training and capacity building in NGO/ Public sector.
OR
MPH/ MD(PSM)/MD (Community Medicine)/ MD(CHA) with 3 years experience in organizing training progrms in Govt. Sector / NGO.
OR
MA / MSC with Ph.D in Education / training with three years experience in organizing training and capacity building in NGO/ Public sector.


District Training Officer
Qualification:
MBBS from an MCI recognised institution OR M.A. OR Masters in Social Work form reputed universities.

Family Planning Counselor
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's Degreee in social work or psychology or Home Science or related field
2. One year of experience in related field

Budget and Finance Officer (NLEP)
Qualification:
1) CA or ICWA or M.Com or MBA in Financial Administration with computer literacy for financial softwares.
2) Three years experience in related field.

Data Entry Operator (IDSP)
Qualification:
Graduate with at least 1 year Diploma in Computer Applications

Computer Assistant (RI) for State Level
Qualification:
1. Sr. Secondary School (10+2).
2. One year 'O' level Computer Course and having a typing speed of 40 wpm in English.
3.One year experience as Computer Operator in a project or academic institute, or in a hospital, district or state level department of Education, Social Welfare, Nutrition.

Consultant Finance
Qualification:
B.Com with minimum 5 years experience of financial management; desirable to have experience in handling projects supported by the World Bank.

Consultant Training
Qualification:
Post Graduate in Medical field preferable in Public Health/Epidemiology with minimum 5 years of experience.

Medical Officer (Homoeopathy)
Qualification:
1. Degree in homoeopathy of a recognised University or Statutory State Board/ Council of equivalent recognized under the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973).
2. Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Homoeopathy.
Note: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of UPSE in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
