Industries Inspector (lower Grade)/ extension Officer (Industries)' Group-C / 145
Candidate must
possess a degree in science or a diploma in chemical technology or
mechanical or electrical or chemical engineering or electronic or
textile or leather or automobile, metallurgy, telecommunication or radio
Engineering of an university / institute or any other qualification
equivalent thereto, as recognized by Government. Preference is given to
the candidates possessing a degree in engineering in any subject
mentioned in 4.5.1 above i.e. B.Sc. and diploma holders will be at par.
Degree holders and above will be rated higher as at 8.1.
Selection Procedure : There
shall be a written examination for 200 marks and interview for 20 marks
and 05 marks for preference to degree holders in engineering and post
graduation
in science. Preferential degree marks will be as follows; (Out of 05 Marks) a. I marks - Normal degree in science / diploma in engineering (see 4.5.1) b. 1.5 marksi. Degree in engineering in chemical technology or mechanical or electrical or chemical engineering or electronic or textile or leather or automobile, metallurgy, telecommunication or radio Engineering only. ii. Post graduation in Science. c. 2.5 marksi. Post Graduate Engineering degree in chemical technology or mechanical or electrical or chemical engineering or electronic or textile or leather or automobile, metallurgy, telecommunication or radio Engineering only. ii. Higher qualification than post graduation in science.
Application Fee: Open Category: 250/-, Reserved category : Rs. Rs. 150/-
Mode of payment: The candidates should pay the fee by means of "demand draft" only. Demand draft should be drawn on any nationalized bank in the name of 6The Development Commissioner (Industries), Directorate of Industries, Maharashtra State, Mumbai" payable at Mumbai.
The aforesaid envelope shall be submitted by post or in person at District Industries Centers of respective districts in working hours from 04/03/2013 to 25/03/2013.
