Minimum qualificastion is post graduation Degree should be in one of the areas namely; Languages, Sciences, Mathematics or Education. 

Skills : Good knowledge of MS Office applications. Good communication skills.  Prior experience in training desirable, but not mandatory

Note : Should be an excellent speaker and listener. Should be willing to work in teams. Should be a good facilitator. Should be willing to work long hours
