Scientist 'B'
Qualification:
M Sc or recognized
equivalent qualification with a first division in Biosciences/Geology/
Physics/ Chemistry or an allied discipline in Earth Science and 3 years
research experience in relevant discipline. OR Ph D in relevant discipline.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Advanced training in
Palaeontology/Geobiology/Molecular Palaeonotolgy/ Stratigraphy/
Sedimentology/ Stable Isotope Geochemistry/
Biogeochemistry/ Geochronology/Fossil Fuel Exploration/ Glaciology and/or
other relevant disciplines, supported by publications of high standard
in national/international journals.
In addition to the prescribed minimum qualifications, the candidate should have a consistently good academic record.
