Librarian (University)
Essential :
1. Master’s degree in library science/ information science with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade for 55 % where grading system is practiced.
2. A Ph.D. degree in the above discipline and / or allied discipline with a consistently good academic record.
University Engineer(Junior Engineer)
Essential :
1. B.E. (Civil) with 4 Years Experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineer with 08 years experience.
2. Certificate of basic knowledge of computer applications of any recognized institute as per resolution No.CRR-10-2007-120320-G.5, dtd.13/08/2008 of General Administration Department, Gandhinagar.
Deputy Accountant
Essential :
1. Master’s Degree in Commerce with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade for 55 % where grading system is practiced from recognized University with Advance Accounting and Auditing as a special/principal/main subject.
2. Total 05 years of supervisory level experience of accounting work.
Assistant Accountant
Essential :
1. Master’s Degree in Commerce with at least 50% of the marks or its equivalent grade for 50 % where grading system is practiced from recognized University with Advance Accounting and Auditing as a special/principal/main subject.
Junior Library Assistant
Essential :
1. Bachelor Degree of any faculty from recognized University.
2. Bachelor Degree in Library & Information Science from recognized University.
3. Certificate of basic knowledge of computer applications of any recognized institute as per resolution No.CRR-10-2007-120320-G5, dtd.13/08/2008 of General Administration Department, Gandhinagar
Application in the prescribed form together with all enclosures should be sent in an envelope superscripted
“Application for the post of ………………..” so as to reach the Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat
University, University Campus, Udhana-Magdalla Road, Surat- 395 007 on or before dtd.11/03/2013.
Applications received after the due date will be liable to be disregarded. The University will not be
responsible for postal delay, if any.
Applicants who are employed must forward their applications through their employer, direct application will
not be considered.
Applicants who are already in service should apply through their present employer. However due to any
unavoidable circumstances, if the application through proper channel is likely to be delayed then an advance
copy may be sent on or before the due date. Persons employed after making application in response to this
advertisement should bring "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" at the time of interview from their
employers.
