West Bengal Medical Services Corporation Ltd., herein after referred to as WBMSCL, is a
wholly owned Government of West Bengal undertaking, mandated to undertake procurement of drugs,
consumables, procurement & maintenance of medical equipments and to undertake new construction,
repair, renovation, expansion and maintenance works for the State Government owned health facilities.
Post:
Bio-Medical Engineer
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech Degree in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronics (with P.G. Diploma in Biomedical Instrumentation) from any recognized university.
OR
M.Sc. in Biomedical Instrumentation/ M.Sc.(Electronics) with PG Diploma in Biomedical Instrumentation
after passing M.Sc. as a regular student from any recognized university
Sub-Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
Qualification:
3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any Institute/Board/University recognized by the Central / State Government and having supervisor certificate of competency.
Accounts Officer
Qualification:
i. B. Com with Honours in Accountancy having minimum 55% marks in aggregate.
ii. Candidates should be conversant with common Accounting software tools, e.g. Tally.
Desirable : -
ICAI (Inter) / ICWAI (Inter).
3 years post qualification experience.
Adequate knowledge in computer.
Assistant Accountant cum Cashier
Qualification
Essential :-
i. B. Com having minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
ii. Candidates should be conversant with common Accounting software tools, e.g. Tally
Store Keeper cum Pharmacist
Qualification:
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
Desirable :-
B. Pharm from a recognized university.
2 years post qualification experience.
Adequate knowledge in computer.
Store Keeper
Qualification:
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Eligible candidates possessing qualification & experience as mentioned against each category
should submit their application in the prescribed format (enclosed) typed in A4 size paper in a
sealed envelope by post or by hand (mailing address mentioned below) to WBMSCL so as to
reach on or before 11th March, 2013 within 3.00 p.m. (Application by post must also reach the
office on or before the stipulated date & time) Self attested photo copies of all documents in
support of age, educational qualification starting from higher secondary examination, work
experience certificates, must be attached along with the application.
2. Incomplete application or/and non submission of photo and /or all the documents in support of
the claims made (as required) or envelope without superscription/ incorrect superscription is liable
to be cancelled.
