candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager.

Emoluments and Benefits
Selected candidates would be placed
in the scale of Rs.32900-58000 with basic pay at the starting of the scale,
with a probation period of one year. In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness
Allowance, House Rent Allowance or Company Flat on applicable rent recovery
subject to availability, shall be applicable. Allowances/Perquisites/ subject to a maximum
ceiling of 50% of basic pay is
applicable. A part of 50% would be set
aside for medical insurance. The
officer shall also be eligible to Performance Related Pay, PF, Gratuity and
Superannuation benefits which will be as per Corporation rules.

Name
of shortlisted candidates shall be put on SCI’s website
www.shipindia.com>Careers> Shore and an e-mail shall also be sent to the
shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates would be called for personal
interviews at Mumbai. For the shortlisted candidates the Company shall make
arrangement for travel by economy airfare however they shall make their own
arrangements for stay.

Company reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standard etc. in
