Project Fellow
Qualification:
M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology OR B.E. / B.Tech. in Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% marks and CSIR JRF qualifications as per CSIR HRDG guidelines i.e. CSIR/UGC NET JRF for M.Sc. & valid GATE score for B.E./B.Tech. candidates.
Project Assistant level – II
Qualification:
M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology OR B.E. / B.Tech. in Biotechnology / Biochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
Research Associates
Qualification:
Ph.D. in Microbiology / Botany with research experience & 1 publication in SCI journal.
Age limit: Age limit for Project Fellow / Project Assistant level II and Research Associate should not be more than 28 / 35 years respectively as on the date of interview. However, the upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years as per CSIR rules for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Handicapped / Women candidates. The women applicants who are widowed, divorced & judicially separated from their husbands and are not re-married shall also be given age relaxation by 5 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years in case of applicants belonging to OBC category
The interested candidates meeting the above stated requirements may attend the walk-in-interview with a copy of detailed bio-data enclosing photocopies of all certificates, reprints etc. along with the original certificates of qualification, experience etc. in support of their claim on 20 November 2012 at 9:30 A.M. at Central Salt & Marine Chemicals Research Institute (CSIR), Gijubhai Badheka Marg, Bhavnagar 364002.
