We are looking for a Project Associate with a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering for a project on electricity distribution in rural areas. The candidate should be familiar with Marathi, should know how to use MS Excel, and have good communication skills; preferably have some previous work experience.
Job Profile:
Besides analyzing power systems, the candidate will be required to visit MSEB offices in Thane district, and Karjat taluka in Raigad district, and interact with personnel to get data; manage/conduct user surveys at villages ; interact with IT personnel at CTARA (our department) to manage the collected data; install and manage electricity meters/data loggers at various sites. If the candidate has the requisite skills she/he will also be involved in analyzing the data. Pay is between 12000 and 20000 depending on relevant experience and academic qualifications.
