NORTH WESTERN RAILWAY - Scout & Guide quota

Applications are invited for recruitment for the post in Grade against Scout & Guide Quota for 2 posts for the year 2011-12 on Prescribed Performa on BKN Division. The applications complete in all respects should reach by addressing to Divisional Personnel Officer, North Western Railway, DRM office, Bikaner



Essential Qualification for recruitment against Scout & Guide quota :-
The following qualifications are essential for recruitment of Scouts & Guides for the post of Grade
(i) A President‟s Scout/Guide/Rangers/Rover OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder
A Pre-HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced trained Guide/Leader/Captain.
(ii) Should have been an active member of a Scouts Organization for at least 3 years in the recent past and continued to be active.(Attach certificate in Annexure –I )
(iii) Should have attended at least one event at National level and/one or two events at State Level
OR
Should have a good record of participation in Scouts/Guides activities at Unit/District level. (Attach separate certificate issued by concerned District Commissioner)
(iv) Should fulfill necessary conditions regarding age qualifications etc. for the post of Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- as per the extant rules.
(v) Written declaration will be furnished by the candidate that he/she will serve the
Scout & Guide movement in the event of his/her selection. .(Attach certificate in Annexure –II )
