Manager-Electrical
Graduate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in cement / process industry. The incumbent will be responsible for installation and maintenance of HT and LT electrical equipments such as transformers, switchgears and motors. Experience in captive power generation and liaisoning with Electricity Board officials is an added advantage.

Dy.Manager-Industrial Engineering
Graduate in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from reputed institute having 5-7 years of experience in a process industry or an engineering industry is preferred. Key responsibilities would include productivity studies and improvements, energy conservation, equipment life-cycle costing studies / reliability studies, inventory control studies, manpower utilization studies, productivity improvement and TPM/ TQM.

Dy.Manager-Mines
Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering with competency certificates in I class / II class, having a minimum experience of 5 years. He should be conversant with operations in mechanized open cast mines, preferably in limestone mines with adequate knowledge in maintenance of EME, computerized mine planning and statutory laws applicable to mines.
