Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the following Teaching/ Research vacant posts in the constituent Colleges / Research Stations under OUAT.



Professor:
Agri Business Management :
Essential qualification (i) Two years Master’s Degree or Diploma in Business
Management / Business Administration
Or
Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Allied Science
(ii) Doctoral Degree in Business Management / Business Administration
(iii) Minimum ten (10) years distinguished Academic / Industrial experience out of which atleast five (05) years of experience in rank of Associate Professor /
equivalent/ Top or Middle management level in recognized (under Indian Companies Act) Business organization.
Desirable :: (i) Experience of Post-Graduate Teaching in Management.
(ii) Research Publications
(iii) Knowledge in Agri Business Management either at
Master’s or Doctoral Degree level.
N.B. :
 The minimum requirement of 55% marks shall not be insisted upon for the existing incumbency who are already in University System. However, the marks shall be insisted upon for those entering the system from outside and those at the entry point of Assistant Professor.
 The candidates are advised to quote the name of the post applied for and the advertisement Number / date in the top of the application form

Assistant Professor:
Retirement age : 60 (Sixty) years
(5) Essential qualification (i) Two years Master’s Degree or Diploma in Business
Management / Business Administration / Agricultural Economics / Extension Education
Desirable :: (i) Knowledge in Agri Business Management at Master’s or Diploma Degree level.
(ii) Academic / Management experience in the Top / Middle level in Business organization (registered under Indian Companies Act) Associate Prof. / Equivalent:
Essential qualification (i) Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/
Horticulture with atleast 55% marks or equivalent grade point
(ii) Minimum 2nd Class Master’s Degree in concerned discipline in Agriculture / Horticulture with specialization in Floriculture with atleast 55% marks or equivalent
grade point
(iii) Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject.
(iv) Five (5) years experience in teaching / research / extension education in the concerned subject (Excluding the period spent on Ph.D. study subject to a
maximum period of 03 years) in the rank of Assistant Professor / equivalent in the pre-revised
(v) Significant contribution to research/ teaching/ extension
as supported by publications/ innovations.
