aegis of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), New Delhi which is an autonomous body under Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government
of India invites applications


on the prescribed forms from the eligible persons of Indian nationality for filling-up the following posts of Technician in the Pay Band of Rs. 5200- 20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- The total emoluments at the minimum of pay with grade pay is Rs. 13,586/- (approx.) :-

Technician (1): 05 Posts (SC- 02, UR-01, PWD- 01 Hearing Impairment PWD-01
Locomotor disability or Cerebral palsy).

Post Code 1.1 : (01 post) Pharmaceutics (Reserved for PWD- Locomotor disability
or Cerebral palsy)
Essential Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus
02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized Chemical
Lab./Instt/Organization
Desirable qualification: Experience in the area of analytical chemistry specially
handling of modern analytical instruments.
Job Requirement: To assist the scientists in quality control & stability studies of
candidate drugs.



Post Code 1.2 : (01 post) Computer (Reserved for SC)
Essential Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus
ITI certificate in Computer or National/State trade certificate in Computer or 2 years full
time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized Institution in Computer.
Job Requirement: To manage and creation of power point presentation, video
conferencing, Data Entry, MS-Office related jobs.



Post Code 1.3 : (01 post) Toxicology (Reserved for PWD-Hearing Impairment)
Essential Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus
02 years full time experience as an apprentice training from a recognized Biological
Lab./Instt./Organization.
Job Requirement: To assist scientists in their day today Laboratory work.



Post Code 1.4 : (02 posts) Lab. Services and Instrumentation (01 Unreserved and 01
SC)
Essential Qualification: SSC/10th standard with Science subjects with 55% marks plus
ITI certificate in Instrument Mechanic/Electronic Mechanic(General) or National/State
trade certificate in Instrument Mechanic/Electronic Mechanic(General) or 2 years full
time experience as an apprentice training in Instrument mechanic/Electronic Mechanic
(General) from a recognized Institution/Organization.
Job Requirement : To operate, inspect, detect of faults & repair of general laboratory and electronic equipments.
