National Institute of Nutrition - Technical Assistant - B.Sc/M.Sc, M.Pharma/B.Pharma

Eligible candidates are invited to attend a WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on the following date at 9.30 A.M. sharp for the following posts on the ad hoc research project entitled “Iron Filling Analysis and Pre Clinical Safety Evaluation of CTC – Tea and its Brew” funded by Tea Board of India, Kolkata at this Institute. The essential qualification, experience, consolidated pay and service tenure are as under:

Essential Qualifications :
Three years Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences / Graduate in Pharmacy from a recognized University / Institute with two years experience in Animal Experimental Work.

Desirable :
First Class Post Graduate in Life Sciences (Pharmacology /Pharmacy /Microbiology/Biochemistry from a recognized University/Institute with one year experience in Laboratory /Animal Experimental work & Trained in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

Age Limit :
Below 30 years; relaxation of age is admissible for SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates as per the GOI Rules.

The candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualification (from SSC onwards), experience and caste along with a passport-size photograph and one set of Photo copies of all certificates duly attested while attending the Walk-in-Interview. The persons belongs to Other Backward Category should bring the latest O.B.C. (Non creamy layer) Certificate issued by the respective concerned Thehsildar/ M.R.O. specifically issued for the purpose of applying for Central Government post, No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interviews/ written test.

The conditions of employment will be the same as are for the project staff on contract basis. The candidates have no right to claim for any regular employment at this Institute. The Director & Appointing Authority has the right to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
