erstwhile MPSEB intends to recruit 50 no. Manager - Assistant Engineer(D) and 11 no. Manager -Assistant
Engineer (D) for Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited

MANAGER - ASSISTANT ENGINEER (D)
The Candidates applying for Manager-Assistant Engineer(D) should be having B.E./B.Tech or any
equivalent degree in "Electrical" or "Electrical and Electronics"Engineering from a university recognized
by AICTE or University Grants Commission with :-
Minimum 65% marks in aggregate in case of Unreserved/OBC category candidates of M.P. domicile
and candidates of all categories not having M.P. domicile.
Minimum 55% marks in case of SC/ST/Handicapped category candidates having M.P. domicile.
The candidates apearing in Final Semester/Year examination may also apply,however the candidates if
selected for interview shall have to produce the proof of having passed the final year/semester
examination with minimum stipulated qualifying marks for the respective category before appearing for
personal interview failing which their candidature shall be cancelled.
AGE LIMIT:-
The Criteria for Age Limit is as follows :-
The age of candidates as on 01.01.13 should be:-
a) Minimum age limit :- 21 years
b) Maximum age limit :- 30 years
SELECTION PROCESS :
FOR MANAGER - ASSISTANT ENGINEER (D) – (2013-14)batch
a) The Eligible candidates shall have to undergo a written test comprising of questions in relevant branch of Engineering and General Aptitude (Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge).
b) Candidates are requested to download the admit cards through M.P. Online (www.mponline.gov.in)
for written test/interview.
c) The centre for written test will be at Bhopal and Indore. The centre for personal interview will be at Bhopal only.
d) The weightage of questions in written test shall be Technical (75%) and General Aptitude(25%).
e) The written test will be of 2 hours 30 minutes duration.
f) The question paper will be in English and consisting of objective type (multiple choice) questions.
g) The minimum passing criteria for all the candidates applied in the written test belonging to all cadres and categories shall be 50%. Any candidate acquiring less than 50% mark shall not be allowed to be listed further in recruitment process".
h) Based on the requirement and merit the candidates selected in written test shall be called for personal interview.
