Qualification : 

A good M.Sc degree in Geology/Applied Geology or equivalent (minimum of 55% marks or B+ grade throughout.

Desirable : NET/GATE qualification; familiarity with geological mapping/field work

Tenure of Appointment : The appointment is up to 31 March 2014 which may be extended later/ terminated earlier, depending on availability of funds & performance of the candidate

Walk In Interview will be held on 15th March 2013 (Friday) at 11:30 am. Candidates appearing for walk in interview will be required to bring their current CV in English addressed to Director, ISI, 203 B.T. Road, Kolkata-700 108 stating(a) Name, (b) Address, (c) telephone .mobile number ; (d) E-mail address ; (e) Fathers/Husbands name; (f) Date of Birth ; (g) Educational qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in  each examinations (h) Work experience, if any; and (i) SC/ST/OBC/differently abled status along with attested copies of all documents/testimonials
