Candidates appearing for the interview on 31st December, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR) Unit Seminar Room (8th floor, S.N. Bose Bhawan) are required to bring with them the application addressed to the Director, ISI, Kolkata along with bio-data stating (a) Name (in block letters), (b) Mailing Address, (c) E-mail Address (d) Telephone/ Mobile No., (e) Father's / Husband's Name, (f) Date of birth, (g) Academic Qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in each examination), (h) Date of birth, (g) Academic Qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in each examination), (h) Work experience (if any), (i) SC/ST/OBC/OH status, along with originals and attested copies of all certificates.
