Essential Qualification & Experience:

 B.E / B.Tech degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized university with 2 years experience. (OR)

 1st

 2 class Master’s degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Computer Applications or equivalent degree from a recognized university. (OR)

nd clas M.Sc + Ph.D degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Computer Applications from a recognized university

 Doctorate or M.Tech Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Statistics / Computer Applications from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualification:

 Additional Post doctoral research / teaching experience in relevant subjects as mentioned above in recognized institute(s).

 Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools / Data Management.

Age Limit : 35 years

• Application forms duly completed in all respects and signed by the applicant should be sent to the Director, National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Epidemiology Unit, # 1, Mayor Sathiyamoorthy Road , Chetpet, Chennai – 600 031 on or before the closing date.

• Documents to be enclosed with the application form (copies attested by Gazetted Officer );-

(a) Proof of Date of Birth (b) Educational qualification (c) Experience &

(d) Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) towards application fee (non refundable) payable to “The Director, National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai”. SC/ST and physically handicapped (PH) candidates are exempted from the application fee. DDs are payable by all other candidates including ICMR employees.

• Unsigned/ Incomplete application or application without supportive evidence asked for/without Demand Draft /application received late shall be summarily rejected.
