Post:
1. GENERAL MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master(FG)(COC/COS)/ Dredge Master Grade-I
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience is required. Knowledge of modern concepts in planning and control techniques, Marine operations, handling projects independently, Marine Law and practices, classification, Port Rules and regulations and various Management techniques including operations research, CPM., is required.
2. GENERAL MANAGER (TECH.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
MEO CL-I/Dredge Engineer Grade-I
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years post qualification experience on Ships/ Dredgers and handling Ship repairs, maintenance independently . Ensuring maintenance of vessels in a seaworthy condition, compliance of valid statutory and class certificates of vessels, meeting ISM/ ISPS requirements of vessels, providing shore based Technical support to the vessel, Store and spares supply and management is required.
3. GENERAL MANAGER (MATERIALS)
QUALIFICATIONS:
MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I/ Degree in Mechanical OR Marine Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates having PG Diploma in Materials Management.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in case of MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Gr.I OR Minimum 18 years post qualification experience in case of Mechanical/ Marine Engineering Graduates. The candidates must have worked in a responsible position dealing with procurement and supply of Stores and Spare Parts indigenously and from abroad in a large Ship Building Industry/ other Undertakings.
4. DY.GEN.MANAGER (TECHNICAL)
QUALIFICATIONS:
MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years post qualification experience on Ships/ Dredgers and handling Ship Repairs, Maintenance independently. Ensuring maintenance of vessels in a seaworthy condition, compliance of valid statutory and class certificates of vessels, meeting ISM/ ISPS requirements of vessels, providing shore based technical support to the vessel, store and spares supply and management is required.
5. DY.GENERAL MANAGER (OPS/PROJ.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master (FG) (COC/ COS) or Dredge Master Gr.I
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years post qualification experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in dredging operations. Must be conversant with Shipping Procedures, Execution of medium size Projects, etc.
6. DY.GEN.MANAGER (DDR)
QUALIFICATIONS:
MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years post qualification experience in any Shipping or Dredging Company.
Relaxation in age limit will be considered for SCs/ STs/OBCs, etc., as per the existing Government guidelines.
