Mizoram University - Dietician cum Research Fellow

Application in plain paper are invited for the appointment of the following position of the DBT sponsored twinning project entitled “Evaluation of Etiologic Factors and Vitamin-D Receptor (VDR) start-codon Fokl polymorphism Associated with High Prevalence of Urolithiasis in the Selected Urban Areas of Mizoram and Manipur”



1.Dietician cum Research Fellow:
The minimum qualification is M.Sc. Degree in Nutrition/Home Science with specialization in Diet and nutrition/M. Tech. in Food Technology. The candidates with the knowledge of molecular biology techniques will be preferred. Interested candidate may apply along with the supporting documents including complete CV and Testimonials so as to reach the undersigned on or before July 12, 2012.

1.The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the completion of the project or till satisfactory progress of the candidate. The appointment doesn’t confer any entailment and right over the job and will not be considered as formal service.

3.The PI reserves the right to shortlist suitable candidates. List of shortlist candidates shall be displayed in the official website of Mizoram University and Pachhunga University College followed by mail and sms.

4.No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the interview. Incomplete application and those without candidate’s signature shall be summarily rejected.
