Post:
1) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (INSTRUMENTATION)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Instrumentation Engineering / Electronices Instn.Engg (EIE) from a University / Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum 60% of marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

2) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PRODUCTION)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Chemical Engg/ from a University / Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum 60% of marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

3) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MECHANICAL)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical Engg/ from a University / Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum 60% of marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

4) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (SAFETY & FIRE)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in Industrial safety from a University / Institute recognized by State or Central Govt. with minimum 60% of marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

5) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (ELECTRICAL)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Electrical Engg from a University / Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum 60% of marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate

6) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA specialization in Marketing from a University / Institute recognized with minimum 60% of marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

7) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION:
Pass in CA/ ICWAI (OR)
First class Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA specialization in Finance with 60% marks for UR/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate from recognized university / Institution (Two years regular course).

8) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (EDP SYSTEMS)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engg/ Information technology with 60% marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

9) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PURCHASE/STORES)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Mechnanical Engg or PG qualification with specilisation in Materials Management with 60% marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate.

10) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (QPC)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: Full time regular Degree in M.Sc (Polymers) / M.Sc. (Chemistry)/ B.Tech/B.E (Polymers) with 60% marks for un-reserved / OBC, 55% of marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate

11) MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PERS & ADMN)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
QUALIFICATION: First class Graduate in Arts/Science/Commercer with MBA specialization in Pers Mgmt & Indl. Relations discipline/ MBA (HR) with 60% marks for UR/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates in aggregate from recognized university / Institution (Two years regular course)

1) Management reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies advertised as per the need or cancel the advertisement itself without any notice.
2) Management reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts and mere fulfillment of qualifications and other requirements laid down does not entitile a candidate to be called for Interview.
3) Management reserves the right to increase/decrease the minimum eligibility criteria,etc., in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for selection process.
4) Pay & Perks: The selected MT’s will be paid a stipend of Rs.22,000/- per month for a period of 12 months and on completion of one year training they will be absorbed as officers/Engineers. Selected candidates are entitiled to other facilities like PF, Gratuity, Medical facilities etc are applicable as per rules of the company.
