1. Experience in orchard management and breeding of fruit crop.

Office Assistant
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Science/Arts with working knowledge in computer. Desirable:
1. Good experience in application softwares of computer viz. MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet, Photoshop, Coral and Pagemaker etc.
2. Knowledge of Hindi and English typing.

DUS Project “ Characterization of aonla varieties for developing DUS Test

Senior Research Fellow
Qualification :
M.Sc./M.Sc.(Ag.) in Horticulture/ Botany/ Biochemistry with experience in biochemical analysis of fruits. Desirable: Good knowledge of computer particularly working with software like MS Office, Excel, Power point and Adob photo shops etc.

Qualification :

“Hi-tech Horticulture for Efficient Utilization of Resources through Precision Farming” under Precision Farming Development Centre (PFDC) (Project Duration: Up to March, 2013 and likely to be extended)

Computer Operator
Qualification :
1. Graduation in any discipline
2. Diploma in computer
Desirable: 1. Data entry
2. Experience in preparation of project reports, publication and presentation etc.

Age Limit : For Research Associate : 40 years for male and 45 years for female candidates. For Senior Research Fellow, Computer operator and Office Asstt. : 35 years for male and 40 years for female candidates. For Scot: Below 30 years ,For Skilled Assistant : 18 to 27 years

1. Candidates should bring his/her bio-data original certificates supporting educational qualifications and experience. Photocopies of certificates, a latest passport size photograph at the time of interview.
2. The above-mentioned position are purely on contract basis and co-terminus with the project. The person recruited will not have any claims for absorption in any capacity after the termination of the project.
3. No T.A./D.A. will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
4. Mode of selection:
RA/SRF- Academic Qualification- 50 marks, Experience & Publications – 20 marks, NET/Ph.D clearance as supported by valid certificate – 20 marks and Interview -10 marks.
Computer Operator - Academic Qualification and Computer course- 70 marks, Experience – 20 marks and Interview - 10 marks.Office / Skilled Assistant and Scout - Academic Qualification- 70 marks, Experience – 20 marks and Interview -10marks.
5. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.
6. The Director's decision will be final and binding in all respects.
