New Mangalore Port Trust, invites applications for the post of Asst. Estate Manager

4. Asst. Estate Manager Gr.-I

Educational Qualification/Experience:
Essential:
Degree with a Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Architecture/Town and Country
Planning or degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution or
corporate membership of Institution of Surveyor (India).

Desirable:-
(i) A degree in Law from a recognized university.
(ii) Two years executive experience in Estate Management, Valuation or Land
Records in an Industrial/Commercial/Govt. Undertaking.

Upper age limit : 30 years

Interested and eligible candidates may apply for the above mentioned posts in the prescribed format as given below duly superscribing on the envelope “Application for the post of --------------- (post applied for)” to Secretary, New Mangalore Port Trust, Panambur, Mangalore-575010.

The applications should reach on or before 24-4-2012 along with Bio-data, attested copies of
certificates with regard to qualification/experience, age proof, caste etc.
The following documents are to be given by the employer in respect of candidates already
employed under Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs/Autonomous body and application is to be sent through proper
channel.
1. Two latest passport size Photographs (to insert/attach in a transparent envelope).
2. Attested photo copies of all required certificates.
3. No objection certificate from the respective Ports/Organizations.
4. Copies of APARs for the last 5 years attested by the officer not below the rank of Dy. HOD on each page.
5. Undertaking of the applicants to the effect that candidature will not be withdrawn, if selected.
6. Vigilance and Administrative Clearance of the concerned Port/ Organizations in the prescribed format enclosed.
7. Certificate to be given by the employer as in the overleaf of the application format.
8. In case of OBC candidates, caste certificate should be produced in the Central Govt. format (copy enclosed.
Candidates presently employed should apply through proper channel only otherwise it will be rejected without any communication.
Incomplete/unsigned applications and applications received without relevant documentary proof such as certificates/photos etc. and applications received after the due date will be rejected without any communication.
The Organizations should ensure that the applications submitted through proper channel by the applicants should reach the Secretary, New Mangalore Port Trust, Panambur, Mangalore – 575010 on or before afore said due date otherwise it will be summarily rejected.
The crucial date for determining the qualification, experience, age etc. will be 01-03-2012. The Management reserves the rights to cancel or make any alteration in the recruitment process if need arises without further notice and without assigning any reason thereof. Further changes, if any, with regard to above posts will be notified in the Port website only.
