Govt. of Bihar (GoB) has recently launched Bihar Health Sector Reform Program (SWASTH) (2009-10 to 2014-15) with goal to improve the health and nutritional status of people in the state. The purpose of the program is to increase access to better quality health, nutrition, and water and sanitation services for underserved groups.

S/he should be a graduate (in any stream) from any recognized University in India or abroad with additional certificates / diplomas in computer applications; or a diploma holder in information technology management. Possess the ability to understand reporting formats and specific software and use the same. Should possess the desire to work hard, learn and contribute to the effective functioning of a unit. Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task under strict time pressures
