Department of Botany & Forestry of this University needs two Research Fellows at a consolidated salary of Rs.8,000/‐ per month under the UGC sponsored DRS ‐SAP (2011‐2016) entitled "Conservation, management and sustainable utilization of endangered medicinal plants from tribal areas (natural forests) of South West Bengal, with special reference to their methods of propagation,


identification and charactrization of their active principles". Interested candidates of M.Sc. degree in Botany/LifeScience/Bio‐Chemistry with minimum 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) or M.Phil in the subject concern and having specialization in Plant Taxonomy/Ethnobotany/Bio‐chemistry and Molecular Biology with NET/SLET/GATE (desirable) are requested to submit their detailed bio‐data including E‐mail ID and Mobile No. along with all testimonials duly attested to the Co‐ordinator/
