Name of the Project : “Preparation of directed self assembly of GaN, InGaN based quantum dots suitable for fabrication of LEDs”

Duration of the Project : 24 months or till the end of the project
Name of the Post’s : Scientific staff Grade-I
Qualifications : M.Sc, M.Phil (Physics/Materials Science)/ MTech/M.E (Mechanical/
Nanotechnology/ Electrical /Electronic Engg), One year research
experience with publications in the area relevant to the project and
minimum of 55% marks in the concerned PG degree
Salary : Rs. 12,000/-(consolidated)
Application on plain paper along with complete Bio-data and attested copies of certificates /mark sheets, evidence of any other academic credentials such as GATE/ NET qualification and brief writeup of research work (including contact details such as postal address/telephone/mobile/email id) carried out and publications if any should reach on or before 13-10-2011. It is expected that the candidates have basic knowledge of the semiconductors and semiconductor devices.
