SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY - KOLHAPUR - Professor

Applications are invited in the prescribed form for the following teaching posts to be filled in, in the Department of Technology conducted from University funds (on Self supporting basis) as per provisions of Section 76 of Maharashtra Universities Act 1994 and AICTE norms. The applications should reach the. Registrar, Shivaji University, Kolhapur on or before 27/6/2011


INSTRUCTIONS -

1. Employed candidates must submit their applications through proper channel.
2. Candidates, who wish to appear for more than one post, should submit separate application for each post.

3. Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
4. Incomplete application and application on plain paper or Xerox copies of prescribed application forms (other than those which have been downloaded from University Website) will not be entertained.

5. The University will not be responsible for postal delay, if any.
6. Details of Pay Scales, Qualifications and Experience for the posts mentioned in the advertisement will be supplied separately alongwith the prescribed application forms and the same will be made available on the web site "www.unishivaji.ac.in".

7. Prescribed application forms (a set of 12 copies) can be made available from the University office (during office hours form 10.20 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. except on holidays) on payment of Rs. 300/- in cash (not refundable) for open post or by post on sending a Demand Draft of Rs.325/-(not refundable) for Open post and on payment of Rs.150/- for reserved post in cash (not refundable) or by post on sending a demand draft of Rs. 175/- (not refundable) for reserved post drawn in favour of the Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur payable at Kolhapur .

The application forms are also available on the university website www.unishivaji.ac.in of the university under the tab'' Application for the teachers post '' which can be downloaded and filled on the computer and print-outs on A4 size papers, in 12 copies duly completed can be sent to the Registrar, Shivaji University. However a D.D. of Rs. 300/- for open post and Rs. 150/- for reserved post drawn in the name of the Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur payable at Kolhapur should accompany the Application forms.

The application alongwith the attested copies of relevant documents enclosed to each copy of the application should be sent to the Registrar, Shivaji University, Vidyanagar, Kolhapur - 416 004 so as to reach him on or before 27/6/2011.
