State Farms Corporation of India Limited (A Government of India Undertaking) under the Administrative Control of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Co-operation is an apex body engaged in the production of quality seeds and distribution invites application for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment basis:-

Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Agriculture, Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts, Seed Production Officer, Marketing Officer, Jr. Executive Officer, Jr. Accounts Officer, Jr. Engineer(Civil)


Qualifications and Experience

1. CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:-
(a) Essential :- Graduate and Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
(b) Desirable:- Degree in Law with Specialization in Industrial Relations/Labour Laws.
(c) Experience:- Eight Years administrative Experience out of which at least five years should be in a senior administrative position in a Public Sector Undertaking or in a organization of repute.

2. CHIEF AGRICULTURE:-
M.Sc. (Agronomy) /(Seed Technology) with at least 2nd class and at least 10 years experience of farming including Crop Planning, Seed Production, Processing out of which 5 years should be in the Scale of of Rs. 14500-18700/-(IDA)or 12000-16500(CDA)a senior Managerial Position.
Desirable:- Doctorate in Agricultural Science.


3. Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer:-
Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Cost and works Accountant of India/MBA (Finance & Accounts). 08 years post qualification experience , out of which at least 5 years in a Senior Managerial position

4. Suptd. Engineer(FD):-
(a) Essential: (i) Bachelors degree in Agriculture engineering of a recognized University
(ii) 10 years practical experience of operations, repairs and maintenance of wheeled type tractors and heavy earthmoving & allied machinery used in on farm development, out of which at least 5 years experience should be in planning & execution of land & water management practices
(iii) Experience in senior supervisory capacity requiring Planning & Preparation of land development, irrigation development plans and execution
(iv) Familiarity with the Selection and procurement procedures of Agri. Machinery.
(b) Desirable: A Post graduate degree in Agri. Engg. with a specialization in soil & water conservation engineering .

5. Seed Production Officer:-
M.Sc.(Agri.)/M.Sc. Botany with Plant Breeding/Genetics. Three Years practical experience in Seed Production.

6. Marketing Officer:-
i) Graduate in any discipline. ii) MBA /PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Desirable: Experience in Marketing of Agricultural produce.

7. Jr. Executive Officer:-
Graduate of a recognized University with five years experience in Govt/Public Sector Undertakings involving noting, drafting, interpretation/application of Rules & Procedures.

8. Jr. Accounts Officer:-
Master Degree in Commerce/Bachelors degree in Commerce . 1st class/Intermediate in Chartered Accountancy with minimum 03 years experience in a Private/Public Sector Undertakings of repute.

9. Quality Control Assistant:-
M.Sc. in Agri. in Plant Breeding/Botany with at least 6 months experience.

10. Jr. Engineer (Civil):-
Diploma in Civil/Agril. Engg. from a recognized Instt. preferably with 02 years experience in civil constructions work and agril. land development.
