Research Associate in the ad hoc research project (Code2.50) as detailed below

Essential Qualification:
I. M.Sc. Soil Science with specialization in Soil Microbiology / M Sc. Microbiology with specialization in soil microbiology
II. Proficiency in handling computer with the knowledge of MS word, MS Excel and use of software
Desirable Qualification:
Preference will be given to those having Ph.D. in Soil Science (Soil Microbiology)
- Age limit 40 years for male and 45 years for female
- Engagement shall stand terminated automatically on the expiry/completion of the project.
- Appointee can be terminated at any time by the university without assigning any reason thereof.
- The appointee shall have no legal claim for regular adjustment/absorption in SKUAST-J after
completion/winding up of the concerned project.
- The appointee shall have to report within 21 days from the issuance of the order failing which the
appointment shall cancel automatically.
- The appointee if in service shall have to produce NOC from the present employer.
The application should reach to the Principal Investigator, HTMM1 (Code 2.50) along with
attested copies of certificates on or before December10, 2012.The eligible candidate for the post will be
interviewed on December 18, 2012 in the Directorate of Research at 11 AM. No separate intimation
shall be issued and no TA/DA shall be paid for the interview.
