Application form can be obtained from Head (P&A), SITAR by sending a self addressed (Rs. 5.00) stamped envelope (11 x 22 cm.) to the above address. Request for application can also be sent by mail with full postal address & pin code to: srinivasan@sitarindia.com. However, SITAR will not be responsible for any postal delay in receipt of application form and no extension will be given whatsoever on this ground. Candidates are advised to fill Application form neatly and paste passport size photograph & attach a crossed non-refundable Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft of the value of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) drawn in favour of “SITAR”, payable at Bangalore along with required certificates & mark sheets and send to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Society for Integrated Circuit Technology and Applied Research (SITAR), P.O.Box No. 1640, Doorvani Nagar P.O. Bangalore-560 016 preferably by registered post / speed post, superscribing “Application for the Post of _______________, Advt.No.01/2011. There is no fee for SC / ST / Physically Handicapped / Female candidates. Last date of receipt of filled in application is 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News. In respect of candidates from Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, NE Hill Region, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahul & Spiti and Pangi Sub Divisions of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh and abroad, last date of receipt of application is 37 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.

Applications received after the due date, unsigned applications, applications not in the prescribed proforma, applications without photograph, applications where the post number is not filled in / not filled in correctly, advance copy of applications if not followed by the copy through proper channel, applications without Demand Draft and applications incomplete in any respect, will not be considered.
