Qualification :
As per UGC norms as required for the post of Assistant Professor.
Desirabl e: (i) MA in any North East language or cultural studies with M.Phil or Ph.D. and/or (ii) Knowledge of Hindi and Tribal language with translation skill and/or (iii) Working experience in the North East related Studies.
Age : 38 Yrs
Application Fee : Rs. 500/- (in case of SC/ST Rs. 250/-) by Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, Gauhati University” payable at SBI, G.U. Branch as an application fee for each post.
Completed applications in the prescribed form along with necessary enclosures must reach “The Registrar, Gauhati University, Guwahati - 14 latest by 30.03.2013.
