The Centre invites applications from Indian Nationals on direct recruitment basis for the under-mentioned posts in Library and Information Science as well as in Computer Science and Administrative area

Scientist-C  (Computer Science)

Qualification:

Ph.D. OR ME with 2 years experience OR BE/MCA with five years experience

Scientist-C (Library Science)

Qualification:

Ph.D. OR M.Lib./M.L.I.Sc./ Equivalent with 6 years experience.

Scientific -B (Computer Science)

Qualification:

BE/BTech (Computer Science/Engineering) / MCA.

Scientific & Technical Assistant (Library Science)

Qualification:

BLib/BLISc

Candidates fulfilling the requirements may send their applications neatly typed on plain paper strictly in the prescribed proforma (format attached) with a recent passport size photograph duly affixed in it along with a covering letter and attested copies of certificates through proper channel to the Administrative Officer (P&A), Information and Library Network Centre, Near Gujarat University Guest House, University Campus, P.O. Box. No.4116, Navrangpura Ahmedabad : 380 009 on or before 31/12/2012. The candidate may send advance copy directly but application not forwarded through proper channel will not be entertained. The Centre reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
