Post:
General Manager (Buildings)
Qualification:
Retired/In-Service, Superintending Engineer (Central or State Govt.) having experience in construction
& development of large housing complex with basic infrastructure.
or
Retired/In-Service, Engineer with at least 5 years experience in the post of Executive Engineer or equivalent (Central or State Govt.) having experience in construction & development of large housing complex with basic infrastructure.
Project Director (Buildings)
Qualification:
In-service (Govt. of Bihar/Central Govt.), Graduate Engineer (Civil) with at least 12 years experience in construction & development of large housing complex with basic infrastructure.
Architect (Buildings)
Qualification:
B.Arch with at least 10 years experience in construction & development of housing complexes with basic infrastructure at various locations
Deputy Project Director (Buildings)
Qualification:
Graduate Engineer (Civil) with at least 7 years experience in construction & development of large housing complex with basic infrastructure.
Manager (Finance) (Buildings)
Qualification:
CA/ICWA with minimum 5 years of experience in Government undertaking with knowledge of procurement of finance from funding agencies like Central/State Government, ADB and world bank and payment to executing agencies along with participation in auditing of accounts
Accountant (Buildings)
Qualification:
C.A. Inter/B.Com (preference to those having 3 years relevant experience preferably in Govt. undertakings or business houses with work experience in handling of funds and payment to executing agencies. The preparation of accounts with Tally software is essential.)
Office Executive (Buildings)
Qualification:
Graduate with DCA & at least 3 years post qualification experience in Govt. undertakings or business houses
1. The name of the post applied for must be written on the envelope.

4. The Candidates will not be allowed to work any where after the recruitment in Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. Patna.
