Qualification:
Essential: M.Sc. Biochemistry/Plant Pathology
Desirable: Experience in field/laboratory work in Plant Pathology/Biochemistry, Reagent preparation, Isolation and culturing of fungi and bacteria, Multiplication and maintenance of microbes, Inoculation techniques, Mass multiplication of biocontrol agents, Handling of Centrifuge, pH meter, PCR, ELISA, HPLC, Florometer and field experimentation, DNA extraction, Maintenance of bioagents and pathogen cultures, Inoculum preparation for sick plot
Terms and conditions: The above position is purely temporary and will be filled on
contractual basis for a period of one year from the date of joining. There is no provision of
re-engagement and the selected candidates have to sign an agreement of contract service
on Rs.100 non-judicial stamp paper.
Age limit: 35 years as on the closing date of the application. Age relaxation of 5 years to
SC/ST & women candidates and 3 years of OBC candidates will be given.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Applications with complete bio-data with one passport size photograph pasted on it, attested
copies of certificates for age and qualifications should be submitted to the Project Director,
