Candidates fulfilling the above conditions of eligibility may apply on white plain paper giving their particulars in the proforma attached with this advertisement. The candidates must sent the following documents with application :- (i) Certificated true copy of the matriculation or equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth with mark sheets. (ii) Certified true copy of certificate of Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry with mark sheet. (iii) Certified true copy of registration with Veterinary Council of India. (iv) Certified true copy of cast certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates. (v) Two identical photographs (recent passport size) 5 x 7 cms approx, duly attested by Gazetted Officer, one pasted on application form and the other attached to the application duly attested on reverse. (vi) Two self addressed stamped envelop of 11.5 Cms x 27.5 Cms size. (Attested copy of NOC issued by the employers in case the candidate is a Govt. employee, be attached.
