A walk in interview will be held on 14.09.2012 to draw a panel for (i) Administrative
Assistant (ii) Accounts Assistant (iii) Library Assistant and (iv) Publication Assistant to be appointed on contractual basis on a consolidated



Post:
Essential Qualification for Administrative Assistant:-
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

Desirable: 1 year of relevant working experience.

Essential Qualification for Accounts Assistant: -
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce from a recognized University.

Desirable: 1 year of relevant working experience.

Essential Qualification for Library Assistant:-
Bachelor’s / Masters Degree in Library and Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University.

Desirable: 1 year of relevant working experience.

(1)Candidates who do not fulfill requirement of advertisement need not apply.
(2) Proficiency in English language with Diploma in Computer Application is desirable.
(3) The appointment will be for a period of 1 year initially.
(4) Either side can terminate the contractual appointment by giving one month’s notice.
(5) The appointee will not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund,
Pension, Gratuity, Medical Reimbursement for treatment or any other benefit which are admissible to a regular employee
(6) Age: 30 years (SC/ST - 35 years and OBC 33 years as on the date of interview).
(7) Interested candidates may report to the Administrative Officer with original and
attested copies of all certificates relating to age, caste, educational qualification, experience, Employment Exchange Registration Number and BIO-DATA on 14.09.2012 at 10 a.m. (8) No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. (9) Canvassing in any form will be treated disqualification.
