Kanpur and it’s Research Centres under the administrative control of ICAR. The post is
temporary, but likely to be continued.
Post:
1. T-3 (Farm & Field Technician) Category II
Qualification Essential:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification from a Recognized University.
Desirable: Master’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
1. Applications should be submitted strictly as per attached proforma, neatly typewritten, along
with passport size photograph.
2. Age Limit: (A) Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of
applications from candidates. There will be no maximum age limit for ICAR employees. Age
relaxation is applicable to OBC/Physically Handicapped candidates to the extent permissible
under the rules.
(B) Relaxation in upper age limit subject to submission for the requisite certificate.
a. By 3 years for OBC candidates for vacancies reserved for them.
b. By 10 years for physically handicapped (13 years for OBCs for vacancies reserved for them.
Candidates should give a declaration stating whether he/she is related to any employee of
this Institute or the ICAR and if so, the name of the persons & nature of his/her relationship, is
to be described, in the application without fail.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 30 days from the date of publication of this
advertisement in the Employment News.
No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection/test/appointment
canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
