Applications are invited for the following temporary post for the DSTX project on “Development and integration of Biomass and Concentrating Photovoltaic system for rural and urban energy bridge: Bio-CPV” in the Department of Mechanical Engg.

Project Officer /Scientist
Qualification:
Ph.D in Physics with specialization in (Solar Energy/ Optics/Electronics)
M.Tech / M.E in Thermal Engg.
/ Energy Engg. / Power Electronics with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above

Senior Research Fellow
(or)
Project Officer /Scientist
M.Sc in Physics with specialization in (Solar Energy / Optics / Electronics) with
60% with 02 years of Research Experience with qualified GATE score.

M.Tech / M.E in Thermal Engg./ Energy Engg. / Power Electronics with 60% or 6.5
CGPA and above.

Junior Research Fellow
(or)
Project Associate
M.Sc in Physics with 60 % or 6.5 C.G.P.A and above with qualified GATE score.
B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and qualified in GATE

Other things being equal, preference will be given to SC/ST candidates.
The Co-ordinator has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the announcement.
