Qualification:
(i) Degree of a recognized University with Two years full time or three years part time Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)/ Management Studies (MMS)/ Personnel Management (MPM) with specialization in Human Resources Management / Development/ Personnel Management or equivalent Management qualification from a University recognized by UGC or Institute approved by AICTE; and (ii) Minimum Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in M.S. Office

Upper Age Limit as on 31/05/2012 : 35 years

(i) Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID. It should be kept
active during the currency of this recruitment. The company will send intimation
about call letters for written test, interview etc. through the registered email ID.

(ii) Candidates should upload the scanned image of photograph & signature in the

(iv) Take a print of the entire Recruitment Notification, including the 'FEES
PAYMENT CHALLAN'.
(v) Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK
LETTERS.
(vi) Go to the nearest Branch of Bank of Maharashtra with the Fee Payment Challan
duly filled in and pay in Cash the appropriate Application Fee in Account No
20045003931 with any Branch of Bank of Maharashtra in favour of
Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company, Ltd. A/c'A'” The
amount of fee to be paid is indicated below:
Open category : Rs. 510/-
Reserved category : Rs. 260/-
(The fees is inclusive of Rs. 10/- as service charges to Bank of Maharashtra.).
The Persons with Disability are exempted from payment of fees
(vii) Obtain the counterfoil (Applicant's Copy) of the Fee Payment Challan duly
received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number (b) Transaction
ID/Journal No (c) Date of Deposit & Amount filled by the Branch Official.
(viii) Candidates are now ready to apply Online by clicking on the link given below.
(ix) Carefully fill in the necessary details from the Fee Payment Challan in the Online Application Form at the appropriate places, upload scanned photograph and
