MNNIT - Assistant Professor(M Phil / Phd/ME/M.Tech)

Applications are invited for the faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor to fill up the backlog vacancies from ST and OBC [Non-Creamy layer] category candidates under Special Recruitment Drive.


Assistant Professor
Qualification:
M.Tech.

Additional Desirable Requirements:
Advanced state of Ph.D. work in a reputed institute

Assistant Professor
Qualification:
Ph.D.

Additional Desirable Requirements:
Two SCI Journal papers or one patent; may be based on Ph.D. work

1. An applicant in employment (Government/Semi Government Organizations) must send his application through proper channel. For such candidates appointment on deputation/lien may be considered. A “No Objection Certificate” from the employer must be submitted at the time of interview in case the application is not routed through proper channel.
2. The age relaxation as per central government rules would be applicable for deputation.
3. Fresh appointees will be covered under the New Pension Scheme as per Govt. of India rules.
4. Mere possession of the prescribed qualification does not ensure that the candidate would be called for interview.
5. Qualification and experience may be relaxed by the competent authority at any point of time for outstanding candidates.
6. The Institute reserves the right to accept applications at any time and consider outstanding candidates without application.
7. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information, other documents and photograph.
8. Incomplete applications or forms without prescribed application fee, wherever applicable, will be rejected without showing any reason.
