North-Eastern Hill University - Technical Asst /Data Entry Operator

There will be an interview for the posts of Technical Assistant (1 no.) and Data Entry Operator (1 no.) as detailed bellow on April 11, 2012 at 9:30 am at Bioinformatics Centre, NEHU,Mawlai, Shillong 793022.



Interested candidates are invited for a Walk-in-Interview along with their applications on plain paper with full particulars, Xerox copies and original of all certificates, degree and testimonials and one passport size photograph on the scheduled date.

Post:

1. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT-
Essential:
i.Three years degree course from UGC-recognized University.
ii. Diploma in computer Application with expertise in Office automation

Desirable:
Minimum five years Experience in Operation/ Maintenance of Store & Stocks, Office files in research laboratory of any reputed institution.

2. DATA ENTRY OPERATOR-
Essential:
i. Graduate with knowledge in Data Entry and word processing.
Ii. Data Entry Speed of 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depressions per hour on Computer.

Desirable:
Experience in handling scientific/ Office management works.

Age limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.01.2012. Written Test will be conducted for the above-mentioned posts. Typing Speed Test will be conducted for the post of Data Entry Operator. The posts are purely temporary and the emoluments will be paid as per DBT,Govt. of India rules. No TA/DAwill be paid for attending the interview.
