MSc in Plant Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Botany/Bacteriology as major.
Desirable experience:
NET/GATE qualified candidates with research experiences in plant bacteriology with special reference to PCR, cloning and bioinformatics analysis of sequences
Or
MSc in Biotechnology/ Botany/Biochemistry as Molecular Biology as major.
Desirable experience:
NET/GATE qualified candidates with expertises in field of developing deletion mutant constructs of the targeted genes in bacteria, transformation, complementation, phenotypic and genotypic confirmation of the mutated genes in mutant bacterial strains.
