Employees' State Insurance Corporation - UDC/MTS

Recruitment for the post of Upper Division Clerk & Multitasking staffONLINE APPLICATIONS (Through website of ESIC, R.O., Baddi at www.esichp.in) are invited
for filling up 45 vacancies of Upper Division Clerk (Group “C”) & 12 vacancies of Multitasking Staff from time to time applicable to the employees of the E.S.I. Corporation.



1.Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
Age Limit :
Between 18 to 27 Years of age as on last date of submission of online
application i.e 31.1.2012 (Candidates born between 1.2.1985 and 1.2.1994 both dates inclusive, can only apply (Relaxable for employees of the ESI Corporation and Government Servants up to 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.) Upper age limit is also relaxable to
SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen & Other categories of persons as per rules /instructions of Govt of India.

2.Multi Tasking Staff(MTS)
Age Limit :
Between 18 to 25 years of age as on last date of submission of online
application i.e. 31.1.2012 (Candidates born between 1.2.1987 and 1.2.1994 both dates inclusive, can only apply. Upper age limit is also relaxable to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen & Other categories of persons as per rules /instructions of Govt of India.

For physically handicapped persons, ex-servicemen horizontal reservation is available as per Govt. of India instructions on the subject.
NOTE:
(a) Candidates belonging to reserved categories are free to apply against vacancies earmarked for Unreserved/General category.
(b) The recruitment will be for the State of Himachal Pradesh only. Candidates have to appear for examination from
a centre as may be decide by Regional Director, ESIC, Regional Office Baddi. If selected for appointment the candidates shall be liable to be posted anywhere in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
(c) The number of vacancies is provisional and may vary at the time of final selection. The Corporation reserves the right to fill up vacancies as per its actual requirement.
(d) Applications received for posts which are not advertised at all will not be entertained.

How to apply:- Application in the prescribed form available on website may be submitted online through ESIC, R.O., Baddi website www.esichp.in & then a print of the filled in form may be taken and signed and then sent alongwith D.D. towards payment of fee and attested photographs (2 copies), copy of all
certificates and testimonials (Copies of certificates and testimonials are required to be submitted at this stage for the post of M.T.S. only) in an envelope superscribed as “Application for the post of “Upper Division
Clerk” or Application for the post of “Multi tasking staff” as the case may be, at the following address:-
