1. Junior Research Fellow:
Essential Qualifications:
Category – I: Post-graduate degree in Physics (specialization in solid state physics or electronics)/Electronic Science or equivalent with NET/ GATE
Category – II: B. E/B. Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering (GATE qualified) Category – III: M. Tech in Material Science & Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering
Desirable: 01 year experience in semiconductor materials and device processing,
modeling.
2. Research Associate:
Essential Qualifications: PhD in Science/ Engineering or M.E, M.Tech in Material
Science & Technology/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical
Engineering with at least 3 years research experience in relevant field.
Desirable: Experience in Fabrication/Characterization/modeling and simulation of
semiconductor devices/Crystalline and amorphous silicon solar cells/Si
nanostructures/Solar Photovoltaic Systems/Electrical power Systems.
3. Project Assistant:
Essential Qualifications: Graduate degree in Science/Commerce or Diploma in
Engineering disciplines or equivalent or Higher Secondary or equivalent with minimum
03 years working experience in Engineering projects and laboratories.
