Applications should be accompanied with a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs.200/- drawn in favour of "REGISTRAR, PDPM- IIITDM JABALPUR" payable at any nationalized bank at Jabalpur. The issue date of demand draft should be within the duration of Advt. SC/ST and Physically Handicapped candidates are not required to submit the demand draft. Prescribed application form may be downloaded from Institutes' website www.iiitdmj.ac.in. The completed application must reach the Registrar, PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, Dumna Airport Road, PO: Khamaria, Jabalpur - 482005 (MP) INDIA on or before December 23, 2011 by 05:00 p.m. Applications are required to superscribe on the envelope the name of the post for which they are applying.
