CPRI - Field InCharge/Project Associates

Central Power Research Institute is a Centre for applied Research in Electrical Power
Engineering assisting the Utilities in technical evaluation and quality assurance. CPRI
has received LoI to evaluate the Niratra Jyothi Scheme (NJY) in six Districts of
HESCOM. CPRI requires the following personnel purely on contract basis to assist in
field related Supervision & Monitoring activities of the NJV


1. Field in Charge
Qualification : Graduate in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in distribution system. well versed with
REC construction standards.
Desirable : Retired Engineers of the rank of Executive Engineer and above with
knowledge of Kannada. Retired Engineers from HESCOM would not be considered.
Emoluments : Rs.20,000/- p m plus HRA.
No. of posts : Two


2. Project Associates
Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Desirable : Experience in Power Distribution, willing to travel extensively and working
knowledge of Kannada. Local candidates will be preferred.
Emoluments : Rs.16,000/- p m plus HRA.
No. of posts : Six
Location : Posting would be in Hubli/Belgaum/Gadag/Bijapur/Haveri and Bagalkot or
other areas in HESCOM based on the requirement.
Tenure and Location: All the above posts are for a period of nine months and may be
extended to one year and location would be in Hubli/Belgaum/Gadag/Bijapur/Haveri and
Bagalkot or other areas in HESCOM based on the requirement.
