A walk-in-interview will be held in Seminar Hall, Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, (ETCE), Jadavpur University, Kolkata-700032, on 24th October, 2011 at 1.00 P.M for recruitment of one JRF post for the project entitled “Modeling and simulation of nano scale silicon on nothing (SON) MOSFET suitable for ultra dense and low power VLSI circuits”, under DRDO sponsored research scheme of Prof. Subir kumar Sarkar ( Principal Investigator), Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University as per the details below:


Qualification and age: MSc/BE/BTech or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and the upper age limit shall be 28 years.
Stipend: Rs.16000/- p.m. +15% HRA
Tenure: 3 years or till the completion of the project.
